HOW TO APPLY

1. Complete the attached FOOD FOR ALL application, available at the Customer Service Desk, Northampton Survival Center and the Food Bank of Western MA.

2. Attach one of the following for verification of your eligibility:
• up to-date SNAP card
• WIC proof of delivery
• SSI proof of benefits

3. Bring your application, proof of eligibility, and a photo ID to the Customer Service Desk at River Valley Market.

Applications are processed weekly. Once your application is accepted, a River Valley Market staff member will call you and ask you to stop by Customer Service to pick up your discount card. Show this card at the register when you make a purchase to receive your 10% discount. You will be eligible for the program discount through the end of July. You will need to reapply each year to continue participation in the program.
