Join us for Discover Bliss, a yoga class that focuses on self-care for women. In this workshop you will experience 90 delicious minutes of moving your body gently and unwinding tension and stress. Through Reiki and other practices like meditation and journaling, you can learn to re-center yourself and move back into life refreshed, refueled, focused and energized.
