Craig returns to the co-op this spring to share dietary tips for overcoming common digestive problems such as heartburn, GERD, IBS, food allergies, inflammatory issues, and more. He will explain how the digestive system works to help you understand why things go wrong. He will also discuss the differences between modern diets and traditional diets and offer his expertise for putting these diets into practice.
