INGREDIENTS
- 20 ounces fresh spinach, washed and shaken dry
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- small pinch nutmeg
- salt to taste
PREPARATION
Heat a sauté pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and wait for it to shimmer. Toss in spinach and stir well to coat leaves with oil. Once spinach is mostly cooked, add garlic, nutmeg and salt and stir. Taste and adjust seasonings.
